Cancellation and Refund Policy

We teach at several different ranges in the Tulsa area. Some ranges require us to pay a reservation deposit in advance therefore, we can not hold a spot for you until it is pre-paid. We do NOT give cash refunds but if you cancel 48 hours before your date, you will retain a credit for a future class.  We have a 5 person minimum for each class. If the minimum is not met for the class you signed up for then you will be rolled over to the next available date and it will not count against you.

• No shows (without communication) will lose their credit.
• If cancelling your reservation after the 48 hr window you will lose your credit. 
• You may reschedule 1 time after your original class reservation date. If you do not complete the class after 2 reservations (total) your credit becomes voided. 
• Your credit is good for one year
